The North Quabbin Community Coalition (NQCC) holds an informative forum on the third Friday of each month, September through June, at the Athol-Orange Elks Club, 92 New Athol Road, Orange, from 9:00 to 10:30 am. Various topics concerning the North Quabbin area are presented by assorted organizations, businesses and individuals. Everyone is welcome to attend.


The North Quabbin Community Coalition is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, exclusively supported by membership donations and grants. Your donation is tax deductible.

GAAMHA provides vocational programs to persons served by the Department of Mental Retardation and the Mass Commission for the Blind in North Central Worcester County including the North Quabbin area. In addition, GAAMHA runs a substance abuse treatment program and a van service that provides both wheelchair and non-handicapped transportation to interested parties.

HOPE for Women is a flexible program of education and support for income-eligible women. This is an individually tailored program of computer education, job-skills training and personal support for women who wish to learn new skills in order to enter the workforce, to get better jobs, or to improve the quality of life for themselves and their families.

We invite you to visit and experience the welcoming environment at HOPE, which is open daily, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 p.m. Come in and speak with a staff member about computer training and HOPE’s other programs for women and children.
