The North Quabbin Community Coalition (NQCC) holds an informative forum on the third Friday of each month, September through June, at the Athol-Orange Elks Club, 92 New Athol Road, Orange, from 9:00 to 10:30 am. Various topics concerning the North Quabbin area are presented by assorted organizations, businesses and individuals. Everyone is welcome to attend.


The North Quabbin Community Coalition is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, exclusively supported by membership donations and grants. Your donation is tax deductible.

Athol Housing Authority

Franklin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority’s Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) provides information and referral to tenants, landlords, homeowners, homebuyers and area advocates on housing related issues/concerns, and housing resources.

HRA manages a portfolio of rental subsides, housing rehabilitation programs, works collaboratively with communities to address a community’s development needs and offers First Time Homebuyer Workshops for Franklin County and the North Quabbin region. Call for all your housing issues.

HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Program (HUD-VASH)

HUD-VASH Partner Agencies:

The HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program combines Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) rental assistance for homeless Veterans with case management and clinical services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).  VA provides these services for participating Veterans at VA medical centers (VAMCs) and community-based outreach clinics.
