Position: CLIENT SERVICES NURSE MANAGER
Full time (35 hrs) - Program
Director for Elder Services Agency (NO NIGHT or WEEKEND shifts) to provide
leadership and supervision to nursing staff and coordination with
interdisciplinary team. Requirements include supervisory experience;
excellent com-munication skills; nursing assessment skills; ability to
develop plans of care; ability to work autonomously and set priorities for
the department in fast paced programs. Must be computer literate. BSN
preferred along with community and/or gerontological nursing experience.
Position requires ability to meet with clients in their homes. Must drive
and have insured, reliable transportation.

Franklin Hampshire Career Center
· Assessment
Counselor: to provide
individual and group counseling service to Career Center customers
consisting of intake, assessment, occupational exploration, and information
gathering, decision making, planning and entrance into appropriate training,
educational programs and/or employment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s
Degree from accredited college. Each year of related experience may be
substituted for one year of educational requirement. Experience in
employment and vocational counseling and use of assessment instruments
desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Intermediate
proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Ability to understand,
interpret and implement regulations and guidelines. Multiple positions.
· Workshop
Coordinator: Designs,
schedules, promotes, facilitates and/or delivers educational work readiness
and job search programs to Career Center customers in support of the
organization mission. Specific expertise in resume preparation required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s
Degree and minimum 2 years experience in training, teaching or leading
personal development groups or workshops. More years of experience may
substitute for less education, but an Associate’s Degree is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in
Microsoft Office and Outlook.
· Operations
Assistant/Intake Specialist:
Provides administrative support to assist with all Franklin Hampshire
Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Career Center operations including data
entry, program eligibility screening, scheduling, file and contract
maintenance, client follow-ups, report preparation, event staffing,
reception and correspondence.
Qualifications: Associates
Degree in Business Office Administration or related area and one year
experience in a related position. One year in human service interviewing and
counseling preferred. Each additional year of clerical or interviewing
experience may be substituted for one year of the educational requirement.
Excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office applications (word processing,
data based programs, spreadsheets and internet). Excellent oral and written
communication skills. Superior customer service skills. Ability to maintain
confidentiality, understand and follow directions.
All positions serve the Franklin,
Hampshire and North Quabbin service delivery area. Bi-lingual capacity a
plus. On the job travel required for all positions. Must have reliable
transportation and a valid drivers license. Positions open until filled.

Development Coordinator
Development
coordinator for growing, team-oriented, nonprofit organization promoting
visitor information and local artisan products.
Responsibilities include research of potential grants, preparation of
grant applications, and grant reporting. Candidate should have
demonstrated experience in obtaining grant funding and familiarity with
Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. Strong writing and interpersonal
communication skills and an arts-oriented background are a plus.
Position is for an independent contractor, one-two days per week.

CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST (CNS/RNCS):
Provide
diagnostic evaluation and treatment of clients including prescription
services. MSN and valid Mass. nursing licensure as RN/PC; certification
as Clinical Specialist in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and at least
five years' experience in behavioral health treatment services. 16-40
hours weekly depending on willingness to travel to Greenfield clinic.
FST CLINICIANS:
Master’s level providing crisis
stabilization services to children and their families as part of our
Family Support and Stabilization Team.
OUTPATIENT CLINICIANS:
Fee-for-service or salaried options. LADC or CADAC a plus. Full- or
part-time options, flexible schedules available, in-clinic or outreach.
