The North Quabbin Community Coalition (NQCC) holds an informative forum on the third Friday of each month, September through June, at the Athol-Orange Elks Club, 92 New Athol Road, Orange, from 9:00 to 10:30 am. Various topics concerning the North Quabbin area are presented by assorted organizations, businesses and individuals. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Participation in Parenting Overload is completely free of charge; however, standard text messaging rates from your wireless providers still apply. The North Quabbin System of Care (NQSOC), the North Quabbin Community Coaltion (NQCC) and Clinical & Support Options (CSO) are not responsible for any charges incurred through the wireless provider of the participant through their participation in Parenting Overload.

You will be added to NQSOC’s Parenting Overload list only if you register to participate via this form or through an email to parenting@nqcc.org. By agreeing to participate, you will receive SMS messages via your personal cellular phone. These messages will include (but are not limited to) educational snippets, motivational statements, appointment reminders, and response to inquiries. At any time, recipients may discontinue receiving SMS messages by sending the SMS message “STOP” to the number provided by the text message. All participants who provide their Information to NQSOC may modify and correct such information by e-mailing us at parenting@nqcc.org.

Personal information which we collect for a particular purpose will only be saved and used for that purpose, unless you have agreed to allow us to use it for some other purpose. In addition to what is described in this policy, we may use the information we collect from you for the purpose of providing you with technical support, customer service, and account maintenance. When you have provided personal information to us for a particular purpose, we will never share your information with third party vendors for any reason. If you have any questions about your personal information or would like to confirm removal or an opt-out associated with your information, please contact us at parenting@nqcc.org. Please provide your contact information including name, cellular telephone number and call back phone number so that we may potentially contact you with the assistance of this process if necessary.

NQSOC may be legally obligated to disclose information to the government or to third parties under certain circumstances, such as illegal activity. NQSOC reserves the right to release personal information to its service providers, law enforcement, or other government officials, or in response to a formal request in a civil action, court order or judicial proceeding as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deems necessary or appropriate. We may disclose any of your personal information to law enforcement or other appropriate third parties which may be required by applicable law, or, as we deem necessary in our sole discretion, in order to protect the legitimate legal and business interests of NQSOC and its partners. Staff may not be available to communicate to participants. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or crisis which requires immediate attention, please contact your local CSO Crisis Stabilization Team.

Notice of Changes to the Policy
NQSOC reserves the right to change this Policy at any time by notifying registered users via text message, email, or USPS mail of the existence of a new Policy and/or mailing the new policy to the user. All changes to the Policy will be effective when notified, and your continued use of Parenting Overload will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
