The North Quabbin Community Coalition (NQCC) holds an informative forum on the third Friday of each month, September through June, at the Athol-Orange Elks Club, 92 New Athol Road, Orange, from 9:00 to 10:30 am. Various topics concerning the North Quabbin area are presented by assorted organizations, businesses and individuals. Everyone is welcome to attend.


The North Quabbin Community Coalition is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, exclusively supported by membership donations and grants. Your donation is tax deductible.

Community Transit Services, Inc. (CTS)

Community Transit Services (CTS) provides a public dial-a-ride service in the Athol, Orange area. Transportation is provided for work, medical appointments, shopping, education and other quality of life services. CTS also provides a feeder service to the fixed route bus system that is operated between Greenfield and the Gardner/Winchendon area by FRTA and MART.

FRTA provides public transportation services for 40 towns (Franklin, North Worcester [including the North Quabbin] and Western Hampshire and Hampden Counties). Fixed Route, Demand Response, Veterans, ADA and other contracted services are available to qualified individuals.
